Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love every order from Merle Cherry. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no fuss.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

We offer free returns — we'll cover the cost of return postage, so you won't be out of pocket.

To start a return, just email us at hello@merlecherry.store with your order number and reason for returning, and we'll get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Please allow a few additional days for it to appear in your account depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different variant, just let us know when you get in touch and we'll do our best to sort it for you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Items that have been used or opened
  • Items not in their original packaging

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund straight away — no need to return the item.
